Return & Exchange Policy
I ship all art through US Postal Service unless arranged otherwise. All items are insured up to the replacement value.
Any purchases totaling over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Delivery is expected in 5 to 7 days. Lona Courington Art will track the package and will maintain communication with you the customer. A replacement artwork or the insured value will be offered to you if the package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not delighted with your purchase.
No Refunds are given after 30 days but the artist may agree to replace the artwork with another piece.
